Working with Jeff was incredible! He demonstrated great intuition for our desires and areas where we could find houses that met our criteria. This is the second time we bought a house in the Pittsburgh area and we toured ~10% of the number of houses to find our new home. I cannot overstate Jeff's ability to understand his clientele and find what they are looking for.
Additionally, the closing process was totally seamless. Jeff set us up with a financier that was incredibly easy to work with and provided us a better rate than the big banks were offering. Any time we needed to submit paperwork or complete other tasks, Jeff was there with us, helping us complete the documents and making sure they were sent to the seller immediately.
Beyond closing, he helped us identify local utility providers and make sure that we had dotted our i's and crossed our t's to prepare to move in.
Jeff is the best realtor I have worked with and I highly recommend that prospective home buyers give him a call!
